Our Story

Agallwal Properties was established in January 2024 by our Managing Director and Founder Éamonn Gallagher. Éamonn is a Serial Entrepreneur who is vastly experienced in the fields of Construction, Business Development/Client Retention, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, PR/Communications, Finance and Security.

This included working as a carpenter on new build construction projects in his native Ireland, before a change of career saw him work for Blue Chip companies both in Ireland and the UK, such as Coca Cola, Philips Electronics, Unilever, Adecco and HSBC but to mention a few, he also worked for The Rugby Business Network, as well providing security services to the hospitality and film industries. Then he started running his own consultancy firm focusing on ESG Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Business Development/Client Retention and Security, which he does in tandem with his duties as MD here at Agallwal Properties.

As a business we believe that in order to succeed both Client Management and Retention are just as vital as New Client Business Development, well property is a people business after all, so for either of these parts of the business to be fully effective it is vital that we listen to our clients, understand their needs and current situation and then offer them a solution that best suits where they are at on their property journey whilst allowing them to go forward and achieve their long-term aims of financial freedom and building their future through property.

This is something that Éamonn himself fully believes in as he says ”This industry is a people business so it is vital that we understand our clients needs and long-term aspirations then we can offer them the right solution, as people don’t care what you know till they know that you care.”

Agallwal Properties, partner with some of the UK’s leading experts in the property sector, including no money down property investment expert Kevin McDonnell, and his company Expert Property Shop, we also work with Progressive Property Network founded by Rob Moore and Mark Homer. As well as that Éamonn like Kevin was also trained under the tutelage of Rob and Mark, so with industry leading names like that you know that you are in very safe hands with the team here at Agallwal.
